An excellent resort to chill out in Munnar. The ambience and the service provided at this resort are truly amazing. The valley view from the balconies of the rooms left me spellbound due to its scenery. It is truly a place worth staying at while visiting Munnar.
We liked everything about Pleasant Hill resort. Was like home away from home. It was mainly due to the management and the staff at the facility taking best care of us. They were helpful right from guiding us to the resort, arranging best view room, helping us with local guides for tours till the time we left. We would specially like to mention and thank Abhijith for his help, guidance and special care that he took.. He also provided us with the best local guide, Chinchukumar, who helped us a lot all through our stay till the time he left us at the airlport. It is people like Abhijith and Chinchukumar who go a long way in making the stay and experience comfortable and safe. The food at the faculity was very good and other arrangements were spic and clean. Overall, we had a great EXPERIENCE!
Overall, a very well maintained, pleasant and great location situated in the hill top. Place to enjoy the beauty of the nature. Suggest people to confidently go ahead with reservation if you plan to visit Munnar. Breakfast and food was tasty. Spacious rooms ideal for 3 people to stay comfortably. A well-maintained pool which has to be reserved, for you to be able to enjoy. Only one family is allowed in the pool at a time. May not be chargeable. We did not use. A small area to play basket ball, badminton, swings available. Gym in the first floor. Will certainly enjoy the beauty of nature with lights glowing in the night with bon fire in the open area with music. Check-in and check-out time is 12noon so not to worry. List of places to visit around was provided so that helped us to plan accordingly. Parking area is also available. Cab drivers are also taken care with food, etc. So no need to worry if you hire a vehicle. As far staff, they are extremely good and very co-operative. Professional too with lots of patience. I would like to personally thank Mr. Abhijith Joshy, and Lijo. Both are very nice people. They make a good team in the front office. Very supportive and helpful. Both helped us from the day we reserved the room until the exit. Definitely, our stay is a memorable one.
It feels like you just landed in heaven. Feels like a dream. The gardens are very well maintained and nature will wrap u very comfortably. With serenity all around u will feel the comfort of a home. With all facilities in top condition u won't feel the slightest of discomfort. The staff are very polite and helpful specially the manager. They won't miss a chance to put a smile on your face. The food is great. Don't miss the lime mint juice. Must try.
